One of the biggest efforts in starting a business is to find ideas. There may be dozens or even hundreds of ideas you have in your mind before deciding the business today. But from the number of idea, which would perfect for you running?
Is there a perfect idea? Hmm, every person has a concept of the perfect business. The idea was perfect business must be owned by a candidate or a business owner so that its future goes as planned.
Let your attention the five most important concepts in finding the perfect business:
A. Understand the Customer
This seems strange, how do you know your customers before you have a business idea? The answer is simple - there is no business without customers. You have to figure out what the heck is the customer really wants. Too often business owners get the idea that change frequently. However, the target market does not want what they offer. Spend time and money on a project only to see it languish is not a perfect business idea.
Knowing what the customer needs and create products to meet those needs is the perfect business idea.
2. Passion
Passion or desire here is not meant to be fanatical about a product or service. But, more to the interest in what you do. You
will spend 15 to 18 hours a day to conduct business in the early -
usually for 12 to 18 months to 2 years even as the current economic
conditions.
You have to constantly think about how to improve and develop the business and talk about it to everyone, everywhere. If
you end up starting a business where you do not have the passion to run
it, something that does not make you jump out of bed every morning, it
will be very difficult to make it work - so that your business idea is
not perfect.Find a business idea

3. Understanding Competitors
Every business has competitors - either directly or indirectly. Just think about the cinema business. They have direct competition from video rental stores or home television. They
also have indirect competition from other activities that consumers
spend their income for other hobbies, such as golf, recreation, meals at
their leisure.
Note also some of the competitors are a little cruel. If
you are promoting and offering products that are similar to competitors
but at a lower price, then these competitors will fight to lower the
price to beat you. Take a look at a pretty tight competition in the telecommunications business, HP pulses. They claim the least expensive with jor-rod to lower the price and many bonuses.
If
you do not know your competitors - what they would do to get you out of
their markets - you'll probably spend more time in a price war than to
grow the business - this is not a perfect business idea.
4. Cash Flow (Cash Flow)
Many
entrepreneurs enter the business world with great ideas but very poor
understanding of the necessary capital to get their business from the
ground. Most
of them understand what it takes to make products or provide services
but they do not understand the capital needed to manage the entire
organization - including marketing (very expensive but very necessary),
employees (more than just salary or wages), insurance or supplies and
all other costs. Such as telephone, internet, computer services, and others.
Knowing
your total cash flow will help to ensure that all costs (variable and
fixed) can be borne by the business - this is the perfect business idea.
Many businesses with great products fail because they simply can not cover costs such as rent or other utilities.
5. Know who you are
Know your strengths and weaknesses. Know that you are ready, willing and able to do what it takes to make your business a success. You must be willing to actually run the daily business - want to invest time, effort or money it takes to succeed.
In addition, know your personal financial situation and what the business needs rather than to cover your lifestyle. Do not think your business will pay you a large salary in the first day - it will not. And, if you need it, it's not a perfect business idea. Get
rid of outside interference such as your personal financial situation,
when the concept of your business does not happen - you just focus on
the conception and growth. In the end gives you the financial security you're looking for - it's the perfect new business ideas. (Excerpted from businessknowhow.com)
